Main duties include dealing with a designated book of clients renewals and enquiries. To maintain the level of customers to the least current expectation of retention. Customers growth is essential and candidates will be expected to meet set targets by dealing with new enquiries and pre-existing clients. All candidates must be able to demonstrate good communication skills and process a positive mental attitude.
