Refer-a-Photographer terms & conditions

The refer-a-Photographer promotion is a £25 Photography Retail Voucher to be sent to a referrer (existing customer), after the successful referral of one Professional/Semi-Professional Photographer who must purchase a 12 month Photographic insurance policy.
This offer is available to customers who refer one quotation and must purchase a 12 month Semi-Professional or Professional Photography Insurance Policy from Glover & Howe Ltd from 01/03/2021 to 31/03/2022 and must remain valid for at least 60 days. The referee must not have current insurance with Glover & Howe Ltd and must pass our eligibility requirements before obtaining a quotation.
The Voucher
The Customer eligible for a voucher following a successful referral will be sent a voucher from their selected Photography retailer (Amazon, WEX, Camera World, Park Cameras, others available upon request), within 30 days of qualifying for the voucher, which is non-negotiable and non-exchangeable.
Conditions for the Voucher (Referees)
The referee (new photographer) voucher offer is available to customers who purchase a 12 month Semi-Professional or Professional Photographic insurance policy from Glover & Howe Ltd. The referee must not have had an active insurance policy with Glover & Howe Ltd in the 12 month period prior to purchasing their policy to be eligible for the reward. You will be asked to confirm the name and postcode of the referrer who must have a current live Policy with Glover & Howe Ltd.
The referee’s insurance policy must still be active 60 days after the policy start date with the initial instalment or full policy premium successfully paid to be eligible for the reward.
Conditions for the Voucher (Referrers)
A ‘successful referral’ is a referral that results in the sale of a 12 month Semi-Professional or Professional Photography Insurance Policy to a referee.
The referrer’s insurance policy must still be active 60 days after the policy start date with the initial instalment or full policy premium successfully paid to be eligible for the Voucher.
General terms and conditions
Referral attempts that do not provide the referrers Name and Postcode on the telephone prior to purchasing insurance will not qualify for the Voucher.
There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by an individual referrer.
Referrals can also be accepted by email.
Referral links can be shared by any means online provided that this does not involve paid advertising or the unauthorised use of Glover & Howe Ltd` brand or intellectual property.
The referrer and the referee (new photographer) can’t be the same person. Where we identify they are the same person, for example by email address, phone number, or policyholder name, the offer will be void.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Amends to the Voucher scheme
Glover & Howe reserves the right to withdraw this offer if, in our judgement, the offer is being abused. Glover & Howe Ltd also reserves the right to change or amend the voucher and the structure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Glover & Howe with regards to this offer is final.
